The Thanksgiving Bird

Thanksgiving is coming right up — ordered our turkey at the Co-op today. It’s coming from The Turkey Farm in New Sharon — all the birds we’ve purchased from them in the past have been delicious. Also snatched up a couple of bags of local cranberries and popped them into the freezer. Last year I waited too long and then couldn’t get any. Starting to make my way through the piles of stuff (mostly paper) on the table so maybe we’ll have a place to eat. I’ve been looking at numbers and just about have a plan for the CSA.
