UpSideDown Spinimal, Kaari & Amelia

UpSideDown Spinimal, Kaari & Amelia

The Kaari, Amelia and UpSideDown Spinimal are crafted and assembled in the same way. Their whorls are usually turned from a wood/wood lamination, but sometimes a single solid wood. Shafts are turned from rectangular blanks and topped with a hand-shaped brass hook
…though occasionally, we’ll fit an UpSideDown Spinimal with an especially small hook fashioned using extra-fine stainless wire.
