Pam's Yarn @ Hatchtown Farm

photo: basket of dyed yarn I still haven't managed to convince Pam that mail order, especially online mail order is a good way to market yarn. Her dyeing experiments usually result in only a few skeins of any one fiber-type-mix in any one color and that makes sending out samples a bit difficult. Natural, undyed yarn in the whites, grays and "blacks" that come straight off our Coopworths' backs should *work*...I'll keep after her!

I'm just proud of her and get such a kick out of the fiber and color blends that she cooks up on the back porch (despite the sometime painful odors created by the process). Pam had packed up this basket of skeins to take to a local spin-in, I grabbed it and snapped the photo.
