Yellow Daffies — a sure sign of Spring! We’ve had some lovely weather and the outdoors has become a much nicer place to be…thank goodness! The sun feels so good and charges our batteries after that very long winter. Jim has cleaned up most of the branches that came out of the trees during the numerous storms. Its still too mushy to [….read more] Many thousands of people in Maine are still without power. We feel so sorry for them…its terribly cold…and we know all too well how miserable it is. Snow continues in the form of showers off and on all day. I don’t know how much snow we got in this last storm but does it matter? More shovelling, more snowblowing, more tractoring. One of our great [….read more] Today I had a new driving experience…adventure? I was on my way to an appointment and went off the road. Coming up to an intersection, I began skidding on the icy road and ended up down a really steep embankment…Jim says about 50 degrees.
